Melissa Wiegele, Team Lead, is a highly skilled and experienced Realtor whose dedication to her clients has earned her recognition as one of the Top Real Estate Professionals in the St. Croix Valley and in the Top 1% nationwide with Coldwell Banker Realty. Born and raised in Centerville, Minnesota, Melissa spent her childhood weekends at her family cabin in Trade Lake, Wisconsin, and has made the St. Croix Valley her home since 2006, where she lives with her husband and two children.

Prior to real estate, Melissa built a strong customer-service foundation through her work in Operations at a local airline and in Taxpayer Services for Washington County. These experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for communication, efficiency, and attention to detail—traits that continue to define the world-class service she provides to every client. Melissa is committed to ensuring that buying or selling a home feels positive, personalized, and seamless from beginning to end.

• Aliyah Albrecht, Buyers Agent – Originally from Texas, Aliyah relocated to River Falls and brings a fresh, energetic approach to helping buyers find their perfect home. • Alison Thomford, Buyer Sellers Agent - Licensed real estate agent in Wisconsin and Minnesota with over 10 years of experience. Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, she holds a bachelorrsquo;s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsinndash;Stout, a background that strengthens her communication, negotiation skills, and client-focused approach. After five years as an associate broker in Denver, Alison returned to the Midwest in 2017 and is now based in the Hudson area, where she helps clients navigate everything from first-time purchases to luxury homes with confidence and ease.

Originally from southern Minnesota, Alison moved to Menomonie to earn her bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin STOUT. This degree has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, working with homebuyers to understand their wants and needs as well as helping her clients to achieve their homeownership goals. Alison loves working in Wisconsin and received her Minnesota license in 2021.  Before moving back to the midwest, Alison worked as an associate broker in Denver, Colorado for 5 years.  Alison's clients would often describe her as proactive, assertive, detail-oriented, and easy to be around. Alison resides in Hudson Wisconsin with her husband Matt, daughter Blake and their boxer Lucy. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and spending time at their family cabin in Northern Wisconsin on Lake Flambeau.
